Technical Outlook

• BLUESTAR on the weekly chart has witnessed a cup and handle pattern breakout above 2200 levels and prices sustained above the pattern’s neckline.
• The counter is trading in a higher high higher low formation on the daily time frame.
• Momentum Indicator RSI (14) is reading in a higher low formation and reading above the upward rising trend line above 65 levels with a bullish crossover.
• Stock has been trading above 10, 21, and 50 EMA on the weekly chart maintaining the bullish momentum.
