It is a report published on a bi-monthly basis by stock exchanges. The report contains a summary of the consolidated short interest positions for exchange listed securities. It includes the total number of securities that were short (as on the trade date) and the net change from the previous report. The report is available on a paid basis to firms through secure FTP access.
