  2. The call will disconnect automatically after a few rings.
  3. You will receive an SMS on your mobile number with the details of the last 5 transactions.

Via SMS Service

Customers can also avail of the mini statement facility through the SMS service provided by Kotak Mahindra Bank. This service allows customers to receive a mini statement by sending a simple SMS in a specific format to a designated number.

Follow these steps to get a mini statement via SMS:

  1. Type ‘TXN’ followed by your ‘CRN’ (Customer Relationship Number).
  2. Send this SMS to 9971056767 or 5676788 from your registered mobile number.
  3. You will receive an SMS with the details of the last 3 transactions.

Remember, standard SMS charges might apply based on your telecom provider’s policy.
