How to register for PNB Net Banking online?

The following is the step-by-step registration process to start PNB’s net banking facility. The registration process for Retail and Corporate customers is specified below:

Registration process of PNB net banking for retail users:

  1. Visit the PNB net banking portal for retail users: https://www.pnbindia.in/retail-Internet-banking.html
  2. Click on the ‘Internet Banking Login’ option, then select the ‘New User?’ option.
  3. Enter account number and choose the registration type.
  4. Select the ‘Register for Internet banking’ option.
  5. Click on the ‘Verify’ button.
  6. Provide the required details, including the Type of Facility. An OTP (One-time password) will be sent to the registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click ‘Continue’.
  7. Enter debit card number, ATM pin, and click ‘Continue’.
  8. Set Login and Transaction passwords, ensuring they are not the same.
  9. Agree to the PNB net banking terms and conditions, then click ‘Complete Registration’.
  10. A success message with User ID will be displayed. Make a note of User ID.
  11. A user can log in to the portal immediately, but it may take 24 to 48 hours to access all banking facilities.

Registration process of PNB net banking for corporate users:

  1. For Corporate Users, visit the nearest PNB branch and download the PNB – 1063 form.
  2. Submit the filled form at the bank to activate the net banking facility. Users can also download the form from the bank’s website.
  3. After submission, the user will receive a Corporate ID, Administrator ID, and password.
    • The Corporate ID is common for both the Admin User and other users and identifies the corporate.
    • The administrator manages all activities, including transactions and user creation.
  4. Alternatively, users can register for net banking through the PNB call centre by calling Toll-Free Numbers 1800 103 2222/1800 180 2222 or Tolled Numbers 0120-2490000.
  5. Another option is to register at any PNB ATM.

Steps to login to PNB Net Banking

Here are the steps that users can follow to login to PNB net banking:

For retail users:

  1. Visit the PNB net banking portal for Retail Users.
  2. Enter User ID and click on ‘Continue’. Note that the User ID and Customer ID remain the same.
  3. Type in Login password and click ‘Login’.
  4. Read and accept the terms and conditions.
  5. User will receive an OTP on the registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and submit.
  6. Choose seven security questions from the available options and click ‘Register’.
  7. Select an image and write the appropriate phrase, then click ‘Submit’ to log in.

What to do if you forget your PNB net banking login password?

If you forgot your net banking password, you can reset it by logging into your net banking portal. You can use your user ID and click the ‘forget password’ option to set up a new password.

For corporate users:

  1. Go to the PNB net banking portal and select ‘Corporate Users’.
  2. Corporate administrators need to log in using their Corporate ID, Admin User ID, and password. Regular users should use their User ID and Login password to access the net banking portal.
  3. If it is a user’s first-time login, enter the OTP sent to the registered mobile number of the administrator.
  4. Set up seven security questions, phrases, and images.

Resetting PNB net banking password

To reset PNB net banking password, users can follow these steps:

  1. Visit the official PNB net banking portal.
  2. Click on the “Forgot Password” option.
  3. User will be redirected to a new page where he/she will need to enter the User ID and registered mobile number.
  4. After entering the required details, click on the “Continue” button.
  5. User will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on registered mobile number.
  6. Enter the OTP in the provided space and click on the “Submit” button.
  7. Once the OTP is verified, user will be prompted to set a new password.
  8. Choose a strong and secure password that meets the specified criteria.
  9. Confirm the new password by re-entering it in the designated field.
  10. Click on the “Submit” button to complete the password reset process.
