Syndicate Member

An IPO involves various participants. One such is a syndicate member.

Syndicate members are generally investment banks or commercial banks who act as intermediaries between the investors and the company. They collect all the bids made under the IPO. Syndicate members are also responsible for providing the RHP to the investors along with the IPO application form.

Investors can revise their bids only through the syndicate members through whom the original bids are placed.
